Program Receives Team Scholar All-American Award from CSCAA

The Youngstown State swimming and diving program was presented with a Team Scholar All-American Award by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America for its academic performance in the fall semester.

The award is presented to swimming and diving programs who have achieved a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.

The Penguins posted a 3.14 semester GPA in the fall with 14 of 20 individuals maintaining a 3.0-or-above GPA.

YSU was one of 136 Division I swimming and diving programs to earn the Team Scholar Award.
