Penguins Drop Hard-Fought 4-3 Dual to Toledo
Youngstown - The Youngstown State men's tennis team dropped a hard-fought 4-3 decision to Toledo on Tuesday afternoon at the Boardman Tennis Center. The Guins won matches at No. 2, 5 and 6 singles.

The Penguins fall to 2-4 on the season while the Rockets improve to 7-4.

Winning in straight sets at No. 2 singles was Hugo Morth who picked up 7-5, 6-1 win. At the No. 5 and No. 6 matches the Guins had to rally after falling in the first set. At No. 5 Youseef Sherif picked up a 5-7, 7-6, 6-2 win while at No. 6, Victor Pereira won 4-6, 6-3, 6-4.

The Rockets won the two completed doubles matches to earn the point and won in straight sets at No. 1 and No. 3. At No. 4, Dawoud Kabli dropped a three-set decision by scores of 3-6, 7-5, 6-4.

YSU returns to action on Feb. 21 when it visits Buffalo.
